Co-Coordinators
Jessica Meoni, 23, is a graduate of Marywood University’s Insalaco College of Creative and Performing Arts with an honors citation B.F.A. in graphic design. In the past, Jessica has worked with various local organizations including the Scranton Cultural Center, the Everhart Museum, Rock 107 and more. Most recently, Jessica’s designs have been featured at the Imagine Science Film Festival in New York as well as the Green Lifestyles Film Festival, Armenian Dramatic Arts Alliance and the Dominguez Rancho Adobe Museum in southern California. An advocate for community arts, Jessica is the founder and co-coordinator of the Scranton Zine Fest, a festival dedicated to the printed arts. Additionally, she has also participated on the design teams for the Pages & Places Book Festival for downtown Scranton and the Scranton Reads committee. Currently, she is continuing her education in Marywood’s M.F.A. program for graphic design. She also works as the lead designer at Marywood University’s Marketing & Communications Department and freelances for BlackSheep Advertising in Wilkes-Barre.
Dana Marie Bloom, 22, is a senior at Marywood University’s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. She has an interest in Environmental Science and Human Resources. Dana Marie is always willing to volunteer her organizational skills to good causes. In the past, she helped out with Scranton Ladyfest 2009, becoming the mediator between calls to artists and musicians, to-do lists, networking and contacting vendors.
Brian Fanelli, 29, is a poet and teacher who has a degree in comparative literature from West Chester University and an M.F.A. from the Graduate Creative Writing Program of Wilkes University. He has taught at various colleges, including Penn State Worthington-Scranton and Keystone College, and he has organized various local writing workshops in the Philadelphia and Scranton areas. Additionally, his poetry has appeared in a variety of national journals and websites, including Young American Poets, Word Riot, Boston Literary Magazine, WritingRaw.com, Chiron Review, My Favorite Bullet, and several others.
